Triple Layer Protein Jelly

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 packet of sugar-free strawberry jelly crystals
  • 1 packet of sugar-free raspberry jelly crystals
  • 1 packet of sugar-free grape jelly crystals
  • 3x scoops of 1up Nutrition Coconut Ice-cream Whey Protein
  • 3x cups of boiling water
  • 3x cups of cold water    

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Fill your kettle and bring to the boil
  2. Mix the strawberry jelly crystals with 1 cup of boiling water and mix well
  3. Mix 1x scoop of the 1up Nutrition Coconut Ice-cream Whey Protein with 1 cup of cold water in a shaker bottle and shake until well combined
  4. Add the mixed protein to the jelly mix and stir
  5. Divide the mixture evenly between 4 glasses and place in the fridge for 1 hour
  6. Repeat steps 1-5 for the raspberry and grape jelly crystals
  7. Once all 3 layers are set you can eat
  8. Enjoy!
