The last few times I have gone shopping I go right for size 11. Today I finally tried on other sizes! The 7 was way loose and 5 was just a little snug! I haven’t stepped on the scale since I had a few days off track a bit. Good work Coach! Great plan! Staying in the moment but can’t wait to see what the future has!

Finished my 12 week shredded transformation taking the week off but still training , eating according to plan .... start 12 week lean gain on Monday ( more food ) ... bit nerves I want to gain muscle but not excessive weight enjoying the smaller me , but have to trust the process round 3 😜 At 45 never had thin thighs and after having to cesarians never thought my tummy would be flat

This is my end photos from your 8 week program. I had a couple of days that I was unable to stick right with your program due to illnesses, but I feel like your program is a great guideline for me to live by. Weighing my food and doing some weight lifting almost everyday made me feel stronger. I did loose weight! About 5 pounds total which is a good amount for my body. As I said before, I feel stronger and that’s a great feeling. My core feels tighter compared to my first day photo!!

This is my 12 week check in.
So far Im very happy with the program.
The meal plan is easy and the workouts are a nice switch and blend of past training and a lot of new things for me as well.
So far I've lost 13 lbs. And I've continued to lose inches in my belly.
My starting measurement was 41" and every two weeks I've lost almost 2".
This check in I've lost another 1.5" down to 35. 5" for a total of 5.5" lost in my belly.
I'm Very happy with that. Looking forward to the next few weeks and whatever comes after!

Today is the end of my 12 Week Boss Shred and its been an amazing journey and experience.
I've noticed a lot of changes, both physically and mentally and I'm really proud of my achievements.
It was a bumpy ride and I did have set backs but I was able to keep moving forward and not let the bad times stop me from achieving what I set out to do.

I have finished my part 3 of boss shred program today. I have started the program at 153 lb, and now I'm at 143lb sharp. My measurements are arms=29mm, waist=71mm, chest=94.5, thigh= 53mm. I am very happy with the results. this was the first time I ever attempt to cut and I'm at the leanest shape I have ever been. but I feel like I don't have a good muscle mass and I need to bulk up so I have purchased a boss mass program for my next step.
