• 60g of freeze dried strawberries
  • 60g of moist shredded coconut
  • 2 scoops of 1up Coconut Ice-Cream Whey Protein (20% OFF code: RYAN20)
  • 5 tablespoons of unsweetened soy milk
  • 100g of dark chocolate


  1. In a food processor pulse the freeze dried strawberries until they are almost completely powder
  2. In a bowl add the strawberries coconut, 1up Whey Protein and the soy milk and mix until well combined
  3. Press the mixture into a lined loaf tin and cover with baking paper, use the bottom of a glass to smooth over the mixture to ensure it is even in the tin
  4. Place the mixture in the freezer for about an hour to set
  5. One the mixture has set, remove from the tin and cut into 10 even sized bars
  6. Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave for 30second bursts this will take 2-3mins total
  7. Once the chocolate has melted spoon the melted chocolate evenly over the bars
  8. Place the bars in the fridge for about 30mins to set the chocolate
  9. Enjoy!
