• 1 cup extra light cream cheese
  • 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 a cup of fat-free plain greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 a cup of Strawberry EHPlabs OxyWhey
  • 1/4 cup Splenda or similar artificial sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen stawberries


  1. Preheat oven to 190°C. Grease a non-stick round cake tin and set aside
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly until well combined and smooth
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and place on the top rack of your oven
  4. Place another pan with water underneath it on the lower wrack and bake for 30-40 minutes
  5. Allow to cool completely
  6. Serve with additional frozen berries or sugar-free strawberry syrup
