Raspberry Cheesecake Protein Mousse

Ingredients:

 

  • 1x 250g pack of extra light cream cheese
  • 1/2 a cup of fat free greek yoghurt
  • 2x scoops of @1upnutrition Coconut Ice Cream Whey Protein
  • 2x cups of fresh or frozen raspberries

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Blend the extra light cream cheese and greek yogurt until smooth
  2. Add whey protein and blend well
  3. Add raspberries and blend one last time
  4. Divide into 4 glasses and place in the fridge for atleast 1 hour to set
  5. Enjoy! Store in the refrigerator
