Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C fan-forced. Spray a 12-hole muffin tin with oil.
  2. Place flour, onion, and chilli in a bowl. Stir to combine.
  3. Add pumpkin, spread, egg and milk. Stir to combine
  4. Spray pan with oil. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
  5. Serve on their own as a snack
