  • 4 packed cups of sugar free marshmallows
  • 2x tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 70g of puffed brown rice cereal
  • toasted coconut chips to garnish


  1. Prepare a square brownie tin by lining it with baking paper and set aside
  2. In a saucepan place the coconut oil and melt over medium heat
  3. Once melted add the marshmallows and stir until they have all melted
  4. Add the protein powder and mix well and then quickly add the rice
  5. The mixture will cool and harden quite quickly so work fast
  6. Once everything is well combined transfer mixture to the pre lined tin and press it in evenly
  7. Place in the fridge for 10-15 mins to set, then cut into 16 squares
  8. Enjoy!
