Protein Pumpkin Pie



  • 450g of mashed or tinned pumpkin
  • 1x 380g can of Reduced Sugar Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2x whole eggs
  • 2x scoops of 1up Nutrition Pumpkin Spice Cake Whey Protein
  • 1 teaspoon on ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
  • 1x Sheet of Reduced Fat Shortcut Pastry




  1. Preheat your oven to 220C (425F)
  2. Line a tart tin with your sheet of pastry and cut off any excess pastry.
  3. Combine the pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, 1up Nutrition Pumpkin Spice Cake Whey Protein, cinnamon and ginger and mix well until completely combined and no lumps.
  4. Pour the filling mixture into the lined tart tin and place in the oven
  5. Bake for 10mins and then turn the heat of the oven down to 180C (350F)
  6. Continue baking for another 30-40mins or until the pie seems firm (no longer wobbly)
  7. Allow to cool before serving with light whipped cream
