Ingredients:
- 450g of mashed or tinned Pumpkin
- 1x 380g can of Reduced Sugar Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2x whole Eggs
- 2x scoops of Onest Whey ISO Protein ( Discount code: RYAN)
- 1 teaspoon on ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground Ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground Nutmeg
- 1x Sheet of Reduced Fat Shortcut Pastry
Method:
- Preheat your oven to 220C (425F)
- Line a tart tin with your sheet of pastry and cut off any excess pastry.
- Combine the Pumpkin, sweetened condensed Milk, Onest Whey ISO Protein, Cinnamon and Ginger and mix well until completely combined and no lumps.
- Pour the filling mixture into the lined tart tin and place in the Oven
- Bake for 10mins and then turn the heat of the oven down to 180C (350F)
- Continue baking for another 30-40mins or until the pie seems firm (no longer wobbly)
- Allow to cool before serving with light whipped cream
