- 1x 400g tin of reduced sugar sweetened condensed milk
- 3x scoops of 1up Nutrition Coconut Ice-cream Whey Protein
- 3x cups of no-fat vanilla greek yoghurt
- 1x cup of fresh or frozen raspberries
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and hand mix until well combined.
- Pour mixture into a loaf-tin and smooth over.
- Place in the freezer for at least 6hrs to set.
- Once it has set, serve just before you plan to eat, can top with more berries.
