Protein Ice Cream



  • 1x 400g tin of reduced sugar sweetened condensed milk
  • 3x scoops of 1up Nutrition Coconut Ice-cream Whey Protein
  • 3x cups of no-fat vanilla greek yoghurt
  • 1x cup of fresh or frozen raspberries




  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and hand mix until well combined.
  2. Pour mixture into a loaf-tin and smooth over.
  3. Place in the freezer for at least 6hrs to set.
  4. Once it has set, serve just before you plan to eat, can top with more berries.
