Protein “Donut Holes”



  • 2x scoops of 1up Nutrition Cinnamon French Toast Whey Protein
  • 1/4 of a cup of coconut flour
  • 1x teaspoon of baking powder
  • 2/3 of a cup of unsweetened apple sauce
  • dash nutmeg
  • dash cinnamon




  1. Preheat oven to 160C (325F)
  2. Combine all ingredients and mix well
  3. Spoon the batter into either a mini donut mould or half-sphere shaped mould that has been sprayed with some light cooking oil
  4. Bake for about 10 minutes, and check to see if they are firm. If not, check every 1-2 minutes, until they are firm to the touch
  5. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Then remove from pan
  6. Mix some baking stevia and cinnamon in a bowl
  7. Dip each donut into the cinnamon “sugar”
  8. Enjoy! (Store in an air-tight container)
