Ingredients:
- 2x scoops of Onest Whey ISO Protein
- 1/4 of a cup of Coconut flour
- 1x teaspoon of Baking powder
- 2/3 of a cup of unsweetened Apple sauce
- dash Nutmeg
- dash Cinnamon
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 160C (325F)
- Combine all ingredients and mix well
- Spoon the batter into either a mini Donut mould or half-sphere shaped mould that has been sprayed with some light cooking oil
- Bake for about 10 minutes, and check to see if they are firm. If not, check every 1-2 minutes, until they are firm to the touch
- Remove from oven and allow to cool. Then remove from pan
- Mix some baking Stevia and Cinnamon in a bowl
- Dip each Donut into the Cinnamon “Sugar”
- Enjoy! (Store in an air-tight container)
