  • 3x tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 2x tablespoons of melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 of a cup of oat flour
  • 2x tablespoons of brown sugar (can use stevia for lower carbs)
  • 1x whole egg
  • 1/4 of a cup of coconut milk


  1. Pre-heat your oven to 180C (or 350F) and grease 2x small souffle dishes with butter
  2. Sift all dry ingredients together in a large bowl, then add the melted coconut oil, egg and coconut milk
  3. Using a whisk mix thoroughly until well combined and no lumps
  4. Use a measuring cup to evenly split the mixture between the two souffle dishes and place in the oven
  5. Cook for 5-10mins or until the top goes hard (check them regularly) from the 5min mark
  6. Once they're cooked, carefully remove them by turning them upside down onto a place
  7. Serve with raspberries and a dusting of icing sugar, eat while its warm so the centre is still gooey
  8. Enjoy!
