• 100g Low fat cottage cheese
  • 1 scoop of Vanilla EHPlabs – OxyWhey
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp of stevia
  • 2-4 tbsp of unsweetened almond milk


  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until all lumps are completely gone (you can use a blender)
  2. Heat up a waffle iron/press and spray with non-stick spray
  3. Pour the mixture onto the waffle press and allow to cook thoroughly
  4. Remove waffles from waffle press and add toppings such as sugar free maple syrup and no added sugar ice cream.
  5. Enjoy
