Ingredients:
- 100g Low fat Cottage cheese
- 1 scoop of Vanilla Onest Whey ISO Protein ( Discount code: RYAN)
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1/2 tsp of Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp of Stevia
- 2-4 tbsp of unsweetened Almond milk
Method:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until all lumps are completely gone (you can use a blender)
- Heat up a Waffle iron/press and spray with non-stick spray
- Pour the mixture onto the Waffle press and allow to cook thoroughly
- Remove Waffles from Waffle press and add toppings such as sugar free Maple syrup and no added sugar Ice cream.
