Ingredients:
- 1x over-ripe Banana (mashed)
- 1 cup of quick Oats or Oat flour
- 1/2 a cup of Cocoa powder
- 3x scoops of Onest Vegan Complete Pro (Discount code: RYAN)
- 1x teaspoon of Baking powder
- 3/4 of a cup of sugar-free Maple syrup
- 1x teaspoon of Vanilla extract
- 1/2 of a cup of Coconut milk
- 1/4 of a cup of Coconut oil – melted
- 1/2 a cup of sugar-free dark Chocolate chips (optional – I didnt add these)
Method:
- Preheat your oven to 160C (320F) and line a square cake/brownie tin with baking paper
- Add all of the WET ingredients to a bowl and mix well
- One by one add the dry ingredients and mix well after each is added
- Add the sugar-free dark Chocolate chips last and mix (if you want to use them, if not skip this step)
- Pour the mixture into a brownie tin and spread evenly
- Place the mixture in the Oven and bake for 20-30mins depending on how “fudggy” you like them
- Once cooked, take out of the oven and allow to cool in the tin before removing
- Cut the brownies into 16 pieces and store in a air tight container for up to a week
