Individual Protein Cheesecakes



  • 1 scoop 1up Nutrition Coconut Ice-cream Whey Protein
  • 1 cup of extra light cream cheese
  • 2x tablespoons of low fat milk
  • 1/2 a teaspoon of vanilla extract


Optional ingredients


  • Crushed Anzac cookies to use as a base
  • Fruit for topping




  1. Mix all ingredients well in a bowl and evenly measure into two or three small glass jars.
  2. Can serve as is, without biscuit base or topping (still delicious) or serve with some crushed biscuit and top with fresh fruit.
