- 1 scoop 1up Nutrition Coconut Ice-cream Whey Protein
- 1 cup of extra light cream cheese
- 2x tablespoons of low fat milk
- 1/2 a teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Crushed Anzac cookies to use as a base
- Fruit for topping
- Mix all ingredients well in a bowl and evenly measure into two or three small glass jars.
- Can serve as is, without biscuit base or topping (still delicious) or serve with some crushed biscuit and top with fresh fruit.
