  • 1 whole egg
  • 60g of Almond meal
  • Fresh berries


  1. Mix all of the ingredients except the berries in a bowl until smooth and no lumps
  2. Heat a non stick frypan over medium heat
  3. Once the frypan is hot cook the pancakes one at a time until golden on both sides
  4. Top with berries and sugar free maple syrup
  5. ENJOY!
