  1. Cut the chicken into tenderloin sized pieces
  2. In a large bowl add the chicken, garlic salt, onion salt, mixed herb seasoning, SpiceYourLife and oil (if you’re

  4. Mix well using your hands until all pieces of the chicken is evenly coated
  5. Cook on high heat in a non-stick frypan until all of the chicken is cooked through
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving
