Double Layer Protein Fudge

Ingredients:

 

Chocolate Layer

 

  • 2x scoops of 1up Nutrition Chocolate Peanut Butter Blast Whey Protein
  • 2x tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 1x tablespoon baking stevia
  • 2x tablespoons of water
  • 2x tablespoons of any nut butter

 

Vanilla Layer

 

  • 2x scoops of 1up Nutrition Coconut Ice-Cream Whey Protein
  • 1x tablespoon baking stevia
  • 2x tablespoons of water
  • 2x tablespoons of coconut butter

 

Method:

 

  1. To make the chocolate layer, add all ingredients to a medium bowl and mix well
  2. Spoon and press into a silicone loaf pan and set aside
  3. To make the vanilla layer, add all ingredients to a medium bowl and mix well
  4. Spoon on top of the chocolate layer and press into the pan
  5. Set in the freezer for a few hours until the fudge is easily removed from the pan
  6. Remove and cut into 20 pieces
  7. Store in a fridge tight container in the freezer
