• For the Tart Case
  • 2 cups of almond flour
  • 2x scoops of 1up Nutrition Cinnamon French Toast Whey Protein 
a pinch of salt
  • 1/4 of a cup of melted coconut oil
  • 2x eggs


For the Filling

  • 5x whole eggs
  • 1/2 a cup of stevia
  • 1/4 of a cup of coconut oil
  • Zest and juice of 4 limes



  1. Preheat your oven to 180C (350F) and grease the bottom of your tart tin with coconut oil
  2. In a large bowl add the almond flour, 1up Nutrition Whey Protein, salt, coconut oil and eggs
  3. Mix until well combined and sticky
  4. Pour the dough into the tart tin and press down into an even crust
  5. Bake in the oven for 8-10 mins until it begins to go golden brown
  6. Remove and let cool
  7. To made the filling, set a pan over medium heat. Whisk the eggs and stevia until smooth then add the coconut
  8. oil and continue whisking
  9. Add the lime juice and zest and continue cooking, whisking gently until the mixture begins to thicken
  10. Once the mixture thickens remove from the heat immediately and continue whisking to avoid any clumps
  11. Transfer the filling to the cooked tart crust and smooth evenly
  12. Allow to set at room temperature before serving
