This is my end photos from your 8 week program. I had a couple of days that I was unable to stick right with your program due to illnesses, but I feel like your program is a great guideline for me to live by. Weighing my food and doing some weight lifting almost everyday made me feel stronger. I did loose weight! About 5 pounds total which is a good amount for my body. As I said before, I feel stronger and that’s a great feeling. My core feels tighter compared to my first day photo!!
