Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Banana Bread

Ingredients:

 

  • 3x bananas mashed
  • 2x scoops of 1up Nutrition Chocolate peanut Butter Blast Whey Protein
  • 180g of spelt flour
  • 2x tablespoons of baking powder
  • 2x egg whites
  • 1/4 of a cup of baking stevia or Splenda
  • 1/2 a cup of water
  • 1/4 of a cup of dark chocolate chips

 

Method:

 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C ( 350F)
  2. In a large bowl mash all 3 bananas
  3. Add all of the other ingredients to the bowl and mix thoroughly
  4. Pour the mixture into a prepared loaf tin and place in the oven for 35-40mins or until a skewer inserted into the middle comes out clean.
  5. Once cooked, remove from the oven and allow to cool in the tin for about 30mins
  6. Can serve immediately or cut into pieces and store individually for a quick on-the-go snack
