Ingredients:
- 2 scoops of Onest Whey ISO Protein ( Discount code: RYAN)
- 2/3 of a cup of baking Stevia
- 1/3 of a cup of Cocoa powder
- 1 tin of black Beans or Chick peas – drained and rinsed
- 3 Egg whites
- 2 tablespoons of Butter (can substitute with Coconut oil for dairy free)
- 1 teaspoon of Mint extract
- 6 Mint-flavored hard Candies – crushed up
Method:
- Preheat your Oven to 180degrees Celsius
- Place all ingredients except for the Candies in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth
- Stir in half of the crushed up Candies
- Pour the mixture into a small loaf tin and smooth so it is even
- Sprinkle on the remainder of the mint Candies
- Place in the pre-heated Oven and cook for 10-15 mins (they don't take long so if you like them extra gooey take them out at the 10min mark)
- Allow to cool and then cut into 10 even squares
