Ingredients:
- 2 scoops of Onest Whey ISO Protein ( Discount code: RYAN)
- 100g of steamed pureed Pumpkin
- 15g of self Raising flour
Method:
- Preheat your mini Donut maker
- Mix one and a half scoops of the Whey Protein, the Pumpkin and the flour together until it is well combined and has no lumps
- Spoon evenly into the Donut maker and allow to cook until golden brown (about 2mins)
- Take your Donuts out and allow to cool slightly
- Mix the remaining half a scoop of protein with a few drops of water until it is smooth but not too runny (this is your “Donut glaze”)
- Spoon the “Glaze” over the slightly cool Donuts and then top with sprinkles
