Protein Fudgesicles

Ingredients:

• • 2x scoops of Onest Whey ISO Protein ( Discount code: RYAN)

• • 1 1/2 cups of fat free Chocolate flavoured Almond milk

• • 1x tablespoon of dark Cocoa powder

Method:

1. 1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and whisk by hand until well combined
   2. Pour the mixture into 8x “Fudgesicle” moulds and place in the freezer for attest 4 hours (best if overnight)
   3. When ready to eat, remove the Fudgesicle from the mould (if they don’t easily come out, run them under hot water for a few seconds)
