Ingredients
- Low carb Potatoes
- Carrots
- Beetroot
- Sweet Potatoes
- Brussel Sprouts
- Balsamic Vinegar/Balsamic Glaze
- Oil (if you’re allowed)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Salt
- Onion Salt
Method
- Pre-heat your Oven to 180C (350F)
- Cut all the vegetables into even sized pieces and place on a baking tray
- Season the vegetables with Oil (if allowed) balsamic Vinegar, Salt, Pepper, Garlic salt and Onion salt
- Place in your pre-heated oven and bake for 30-40mins or until all vegetables are evenly cooked
- Allow to cool slightly and then weigh your vegetables to suit your portion size
