Finished my 12 week shredded transformation taking the week off but still training , eating according to plan …. start 12 week lean gain on Monday ( more food ) … bit nerves I want to gain muscle but not excessive weight enjoying the smaller me , but have to trust the process round 3 😜 At 45 never had thin thighs and after having to cesarians never thought my tummy would be flat
