This is my 12 week check in.
So far Im very happy with the program.
The meal plan is easy and the workouts are a nice switch and blend of past training and a lot of new things for me as well.
So far I've lost 13 lbs. And I've continued to lose inches in my belly.
My starting measurement was 41″ and every two weeks I've lost almost 2″.
This check in I've lost another 1.5″ down to 35. 5″ for a total of 5.5″ lost in my belly.
I'm Very happy with that. Looking forward to the next few weeks and whatever comes after!
