Ingredients:
- 2x scoops of Onest Whey ISO Protein ( Discount code: RYAN)
- 3x tablespoons of Cocoa powder
- 2x tablespoons of melted Coconut oil
- 1/4 of a cup of Oat flour
- 2x tablespoons of Brown sugar (can use Stevia for lower carbs)
- 1x whole Egg
- 1/4 of a cup of Coconut milk
Method:
- Pre-heat your Oven to 180C (or 350F) and grease 2x small Souffle dishes with Butter
- Sift all dry ingredients together in a large bowl, then add the melted Coconut oil, Egg and Coconut milk
- Using a whisk mix thoroughly until well combined and no lumps
- Use a measuring cup to evenly split the mixture between the two Souffle dishes and place in the Oven
- Cook for 5-10mins or until the top goes hard (check them regularly) from the 5min mark
- Once they're cooked, carefully remove them by turning them upside down onto a place
- Serve with Raspberries and a dusting of icing sugar, eat while its warm so the centre is still gooey
