Ingredients:
- 1 cup extra light Cream cheese
- 1 cup low fat Cottage cheese
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 a cup of fat-free plain Greek Yoghurt
- 1/2 a cup of Onest Whey ISO Protein ( Discount code: RYAN)
- 1/4 cup Artificial sweetener
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh or frozen Strawberries
Method:
- Preheat Oven to 190°C. Grease a non-stick round cake tin and set aside
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly until well combined and smooth
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and place on the top rack of your oven
- Place another pan with water underneath it on the lower wrack and bake for 30-40 minutes
- Allow to cool completely
- Serve with additional frozen berries or sugar-free Strawberry syrup
