Ingredients:
- 1 cup of Aborio rice
- 4 cups of unsweetened Almond milk
- 3x scoops of Onest Whey ISO Protein( Discount code: RYAN)
Method:
- In a Microwave proof container, cook the rice in the Almond milk covered on high for 10 mins
- Remove from the Microwave., stir, and cook for a further 5 mins
- Allow to cool for atleast 30mins
- Once cool, add the protein and mix until well combined with no lumps
- Serve to eat right away or place in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 3 days
