  • 250ml of sugar-free lemonade
  • 250ml of fizzy soda water
  • 1x punnet of fresh raspberries
  • 1x lemon (cut into slices)
  • Ice


  1. In a large jug or decanter add the sliced lemon
  2. Pour in the soda water, lemonade and pre-mixed BCAA
  3. Add the raspberries and give it all a gentle stir
  4. Serve in short or tall glasses with ice
