Ingredients:

  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 scoop of 1up Nutrition Coconut Ice-Cream Whey Protein
  • 1/2 a cup of almond milk
  • Vanilla extract
  • 45g of coconut flour
  • 10g of almond meal
  • 1/4 of a cup of apple sauce
  • 1/2 of a teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1x tube of mini m&ms

 

Method:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C or 375F
  2. Add all ingredients except the M&Ms into a large bowl and mix well
  3. Add the M&Ms and stir through
  4. Divide the mixture into 2 small ramekins (or mugs that are safe for baking)
  5. Place in the oven and bake for 20-30mins (or until evenly cooked and golden on top)
  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 mins before serving
