  1. Preheat oven to 180degrees celsius
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly until it forms a muffin like consistency (if needed add more milk a few drops at a time)
  3. Evenly scoop the mixture into a pre-lined muffin tin and place in the oven to cook for approximately 20mins (or until the tops are golden brown and firm to touch)
  4. Leave them to cool down for a few mins before serving
  5. Enjoy!
