• 250g of no-added sugar cookie crumbs
  • 40g of Flora extra light spread (melted)
  • 500g of low fat cottage cheese
  • 250g of extra light cream cheese
  • 2x teaspoons of gelatine powder

  1. Mix the cookie crumbs and extra light spread together and press an even amount into 12x cupcake cases then place in the fridge while you prepare the filling
  2. In a large bowl mix together the cottage cheese, cream cheese, gelatine and 1up Whey Protein Powder  and use an electric until well combined
  3. Spoon mixture evenly into the 12x cupcake cases and place in the fridge to set for atleast 2 hrs
  4. Serve with banana slices and sugar free caramel sauce
