• 200g of 20% Less Fat Kraft Peanut Butter (chunky or smooth)
  • 4x scoops of 1up Chocolate Peanut Butter Whey Protein (20-40% OFF code: RYAN20, click here)
  • 1 cup of baking stevia
  • 150g of Flora Extra Light spread (melted)
  • 250g of digestive biscuits
  • 200g of no added sugar dark chocolate


  1. Crush the digestive biscuits until they're a fine powder
  2. Combine the biscuits, melted Flora spread, Peanut Butter and protein in a large bowl and mix until well combined
  3. Press mixture into a lined square cake tin and place in the fridge to cool for an hour or so
  4. Melt the chocolate with 1 tablespoon of Flora and pour over the peanut butter base, then place in the fridge for another hour to set
  5. Cut into 24 even pieces (they can be bigger, but this is really rich so you only need a small portion)
  6. Enjoy!
