  • 4 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups of coconut or soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons of raw or brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder



  1. Mix the chia seeds into the coconut milk and place in the fridge for about an hour so they soak up the liquid
  2. Once the seed and milk mixture has thickened split the mixture evenly into two bowls
  3. Leave one half of the mixture plan
  4. Add the other half of the mixture to a food processor along with the rest of the ingredients and process until smooth
  5. To serve, layer the mixtures in a glass with some fruit
