  • Salt

  • Onion Salt



  1. Pre-heat your oven to 180C (350F)
  2. Cut all the vegetables into even sized pieces and place on a baking tray
  3. Season the vegetables with oil (if allowed) balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic salt and onion salt
  4. Place in your pre-heated oven and bake for 30-40mins or until all vegetables are evenly cooked
  5. Allow to cool slightly and then weigh your vegetables to suit your portion size
